About me I run a dedicated practice providing Natural Healthcare solutions to individuals and companies to help them improve their health and quality of life. I have been using various forms of Natural Healthcare since 2002 and since then have helped many clients on the path to better health and a more positive outlook. I run a successful private practice from home and work at a Health & Well-Being Centre in Hampshire. I originally became interested in Natural Healthcare and Kinesiology in particular, after a family member suffered from an undiagnosed but very painful illness that lasted over a period of several months. After many unsuccessful visits to hospital for a series of tests and x-rays where nothing could be found, a friend suggested Kinesiology. It was not something that we had heard of but decided to give it a try. Two sessions with a Kinesiologist later, and he was back at work and pain-free! I am passionate about health-care being as natural as possible with as few medical interventions as is possible. I believe that we all have an innate self-healing mechanism that sometimes needs a little support to function optimally. I firmly believe that we are all unique and that two people with the same condition will not necessarily need the same treatment to make them better. Each session is therefore uniquely tailored to the individual and takes place within a relaxing and peaceful environment. I am also trained in Reiki and qualified in Nutrition, Counselling Skills and Anatomy and Physiology. I am an accredited member of the Kinesiology Federation. All therapists registered with the KF are qualified to a very high standard and must adhere to a strict code of conduct. I also attend Continued Professional Development courses each year to keep up-to-date with the newest techniques available. We all deserve to be healthy!! |
